Ask questions, share stories, post pictures! Certain breeds are listed in the dangerous dog acts. Pit bulls etc where it is illegal to breed them. Other than those I'm not sure. I do think that these "designer" cross breeds are a money making thing. If you do want a cross I would go to a local rehoming centre. They have 100s of dogs pedigree and cross that need a good loving home. They often taylor them to your needs if you get me. If you want a dog that is friendly, good with children, other pets etc they will find a few that could suit you. You will often get to walk them or play with them before you make a decision then a home check is carried out where someone will check you have the space and the garden and all gardens are well closed in and some like to meet children and other pets you have. My mum does this sometimes. If you want a pedigree try rehoming centres also, in hope rescue where my mum volenteers for they have hundreds of pedigrees come in all the time.
